There is a lot of detail out there as to what ‘you’ should be doing in Social Media but nothing that goes into depth about Why. Managing Social Media output and creating content takes an awful lot of time which has a cost, and understanding Why you’re doing something from the start can actually help you direct your resources better and get greater results in return, helping you design and stick to a successful strategy.
Apps, algorithm, and the introduction of new platforms as well as human interactions have changed a great deal since I created the first copy of The Social Media Low-Down paper.
