FAQs

How does Accelerate Coaching work?

Once you have signed-up and paid, you will be redirected to fill in a Business Review questionnaire. Once we've received your information we will send you confirmation. You will receive your Zoom links for you sessions.

If you have joined Accelerate Coaching Group you can start attending the sessions as soon as we have confirmation of receiving your Business Review details. You will have access for 4 months, or longer if you choose to continue with the coaching sessions. 

If you have booked 121 Coaching, you will be asked to choose a time that suits you and your team to attend. This time will stay the same for the duration or our working time together. 

How long do I need to attend the coaching before I get results?

We set a 4-month minimum contractual period for all coaching to ensure there is enough time to receive and measure results.
If you are attending 121 Coaching, your 4-month contract will automatically become a rolling month contract, with 30 days cancelation notice required, unless both parties are in agreement. 

For Accelerate Coaching group, we don't expect you to renew the contract unless you wish to. This is up to you. You can leave and return and rejoin the group at any time. You will always receive a Business review before your rejoin. Allow a minimum of 5 days for this to happen.  

Can I join Accelerate Coaching Group if I am in the early stages of my business? 

Yes, but you do need to have some basic elements of the business in place already.  If these aren't in place, such as having a product/s or service you want to offer, Kathryn can help you with getting the important starting blocks in place for your business. However it wouldn't be of benefit for you to create a business from inside of the Accelerate Group Coaching as things move fast and you need to be in a position to take action. If you are unsure, please contact Kathryn with your business idea.  

How much time do I need to devote each day as part of the Accelerate Group?

This is very much up to you. There is no hard and fast rule but you do need to take action and focus on moving forward regularly. You can attend 1 coaching session a month, or all 16. It depends what you need to focus on at that time, the action you need to take and you're schedule. Kathryn is there whenever you get stuck so you can drop in or out whenever you need to. Sometimes Kathryn will encourage you to take a step back and pause because your mental health is as much part of your progress as taking action is.
